The equipment, service, parts, labor, toner and supplies, remote support and help with the computers that print to it. Paper isn’t included, and staples depend on your plan. The leasing company bills the payment along with a one-time documentation fee and any applicable taxes.
Often, yes. We can include your current buyout and the return shipping for your old machine in the new agreement, so there’s nothing out of pocket. Your old machine is picked up after the new one is running.
Remote help usually happens the same day. When a technician needs to come onsite, it’s typically the next business day.
Yes. We support offices across San Francisco and the Bay Area, and as part of Clear Choice Technical Services we can also cover companies with locations in other cities.
Most customers choose 36, 48 or 60 months. Longer terms lower the payment; shorter terms shorten the commitment. We’ll show you both.
You choose: upgrade, renew, buy the equipment, or return it. We set a reminder for your renewal window on the day you sign, so you decide on your schedule.
